Information you give us. When you book an executive briefing, email us or otherwise contact us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, business email address, company, job title, phone number and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies (including website analytics and business-visitor identification tools).
Client engagement data. Data we process while delivering services to clients (for example, during a ROM Diagnostic) is governed by the written agreement with that client, not by this policy.
